Care should move with you, not against you
My work is woven through three core pathways: movement, hands-on bodywork, and birth support. While each stands on its own, they are deeply connected—because tending to the body is never one-dimensional.
No matter which pathway you land on, my approach is to align with you in an integrative way.

I teach over at Centred Space and right now I’m offering small group privates and one-to-one in my clients’ homes or at my humble studio space.

My certifications are in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. I tend to offer a blend of styles within a class - sometimes going beyond yoga - as I don’t believe in limiting our teaching of diverse bodies to a particular style. Instead, I would prefer to check-in with my clients to understand what they are needing physically, mentally and energetically and work from there.

A doula is a trained professional who provides physical, emotional, and informational support to individuals before, during, and after childbirth. They help with comfort measures, offer guidance on birth plans, and provide continuous support throughout the birthing process. For more information on my philosophy on doula work, please head over to wonder births.

Your first session with me is an extended session where I can come into conversation with you on your needs and concerns, followed by a detailed observation on patterns we are noticing in your body. Thereafter, depending on what we are seeing on the day, we will decide on an appropriate treatment process which includes gentle touch, deep tissue release, joint mobilisation and assisted stretches.

Spinning Babies® is a physiological approach to preparing for and caring for birth. During birth, babies descend through the pelvis by turning to fit each curve in the passage. Baby’s turns are “fetal rotation.” If fetal rotation can be made easier, birth is easier for everyone. Spinning Babies® has become a paradigm, or a new view on childbirth. By understanding birth physiology better we can help birth be easier. For more information, click here.
