Deep Listening
I focus on what your body is telling us and we then work from there.
“I learned practical poses that I used throughout pregnancy and in labour to help baby navigate the pelvis. In addition to the helpful postures and poses, and the time to dedicate a gentle practice to my body. I met many other wonderful mamas there in a similar stage of pregnancy, many of whom have remained friends”
– SARAH B
“Her way of viewing the body holistically sets her apart from other spot treatment folks out there and she has an incredible way of knowing how to read her clients' body (and sometimes mind!) and respond to deeply held tension in a caring and compassionate way. I highly recommend reaching out for a session with her!”
– HANNAH T
“Incredibly knowledgeable about the birthing process from not only the physical perspectives but also the scientific-based understanding of your psyche throughout the whole process and how important that is. I don't really know how we would have done this without her.”
– ANDREA AND LES

If Curiosity Led You Here…
Healing, movement and birth are deeply interconnected, yet we often receive them as separate experiences.
I grew up in spaces that prioritised structure, where rules were followed, not questioned. But even then, I was drawn to what existed outside the given framework—imagining new possibilities, creating my own pathways. That thread of curiosity led me through many stages of life, always returning me to the body as home. And I kept asking “Is there another way?”
Interwoven Practice is how I came to describe this “other way”. It is not just “work” —it is a way of tending to people in a way that is fluid, whole, and responsive. Yoga, birthwork, and bodywork are not separate. They shape each other, much like breath shapes movement, much like intuition shapes care. Each of these informs the other, creating an approach to care that moves with you, not against you.
